A Swedish delivery address for people living in Norway

Many online shops in Sweden and the rest of the EU do not ship to Norway, or add expensive shipping and customs clearance fees. With Grensepakke you get a fixed delivery address in Strömstad, a short drive from Svinesund. You order like a Swedish customer, we receive the parcel, and you collect it when it suits you.

Why a Swedish delivery address?

With an address in Sweden you can shop in stores that only ship within Sweden or the EU, and shipping within Sweden is often free or cheap. You pay Swedish VAT in the shop. When you bring the goods across the border yourself, the Norwegian duty-free allowances apply.

How to write the address in the online shop

All customers use the same address. Your customer number is what lets us match the parcel to you:

Kontorshuset
Your customer number (e.g. KHAAAA)
Prästängsvägen 1
452 33 Strömstad
Sverige

Once you have registered, you will find your own address with your customer number under “My parcels”. Copy it exactly as shown there. At checkout, use our phone number, +46 70 289 62 84, and your own email address.

Getting started – 4 steps

  1. Register for free and get your own customer ID.
  2. Order from the online shop and use your customer ID and our address as the delivery address.
  3. Pre-announce the parcel under «My parcels», so we know it is coming.
  4. Collect the parcel in Strömstad with your passport or driving licence when you are notified.

Customs and allowances on the way home

You pay VAT in the country you buy from. When you bring the goods across the border yourself, the Norwegian duty-free allowances apply. Always check the current rules at toll.no before you shop. If you are over the allowance, you must declare the goods in the red zone.
